The Sunrise Mini brings that kind of morning to your kitchen. Inside is a pack of bacon ends, a pound of mild sausage and a pack of cured ham slices, all from the Meishan heritage pigs we raise on our fifth-generation family farm in Swainsboro, Georgia, and all cured without nitrates. Put the skillet on early and let the smell pull everyone out of bed.

To round out the table, there’s organic sourdough pancake and waffle mix from Little Dough Corner in Augusta and blueberry lemon syrup from Barlow’s in Atlanta, so it’s Georgia-made from the first bite to the last. Set the simmer pot kit on the back burner while you cook, and the whole house will smell like Christmas before the first light hits the window. For whoever’s up first and standing at the stove, there’s a full-size jar of our Meishan Whipped Balm, made from our own pigs’ lard. Recipe cards walk you through every piece.
