The Roundup Box
$175 | 9 packs | approx. 12-13 lb
The Roundup Box is a sampler of the whole cow, built for a week of meals from burgers to slow-cooker stew.
◤ WHAT'S IN THE BOX?
- 1 pack of steaks, your choice of t-bone or porterhouse
- 5 lb of ground beef
- 1 pack of chuck stew
- 1 pack of cubed steak
- 1 pack of short ribs or soup bones
Pack weights vary, so each box is approximately 12-13 lb of meat. Want more? Add bone-in sirloin steak, brisket, liver, or even pork to any box while supplies last.
Select your steak choice above before adding to cart. Grass finished steaks tend to be smaller in size & more rich. Each steak comes in a 2 pack unless otherwise noted.
◤ WHAT MAKES THIS BEEF DIFFERENT?
This particular beef is grass fed and grass finished, raised on our fifth-generation family farm in Swainsboro, Georgia. Every cow is hung for 14 days, which gives you deeper flavor and a more tender bite.
- No antibiotics
- No added hormones
- No steroids
If you prefer an organic grain finish, we raise those too, and you can reserve one here.
