Whole Hog Deposit

THIS IS A DEPOSIT ONLY, THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE AT TIME OF PICKUP.

We are expecting hogs to weigh in at approx. 200lbs hanging weight ($1,600) for a whole hog.

There's nothing quite like knowing where your pork comes from and knowing it was raised with intention.

Our Homeplace Label pigs are 100% purebred Meishan, born and raised right here on our farm, slow grown on pasture and finished on a custom organic and soy free grain blend. We let them grow instead of rushing them to market, and we never use antibiotics, hormones, steroids, nitrates or nitrites. Our goal is pork that is tender, beautifully marbled, and full of clean, honest flavor.

When you purchase a Homeplace Whole Hog, you're investing in premium, locally raised organic grain finished pork that nourishes your family while supporting small-scale, intentional agriculture. Organic grain finished pork is only available through halves and wholes. 

Each share is USDA processed, vacuum sealed, freezer ready, and customized exactly how your family likes it.

$8/lb hanging weight (includes processing)

On average, you can expect approximately 65% of the hanging weight as take-home pork, though final yields vary depending on your cut selections, special requests, and whether you choose bone-in or boneless options.

$500 deposit reserves your whole hog.

Your deposit secures your share, and the remaining balance will be calculated once your final hanging weight is determined. We will contact you approximately 10-14 days before pickup with your estimated remaining balance.

The remaining balance is due at pickup and can be paid by cash or check made payable to Brianna Williams.

Once your deposit is received, we'll send you a custom cut sheet so you can choose exactly how you'd like your pork processed: chops, Boston butts, ribs, ham, bacon, sausage, hocks, and more. Bacon and ham can be salt cured or brown sugar cured.
