The Heritage Box is a sampler of the whole hog, built for a week of meals from breakfast to dinner.

◤ WHAT'S IN THE BOX?

• 1 pack of bone-in pork chops
• 1 pack of bacon
• 2 packs of sliced cured ham
• 1 pack of mild loose sausage 
• 1 pack of mild stuffed sausage 

Pack weights vary, so each box is approximately 10 lb of meat. Want more? Add a Boston butt, a slab of spare ribs or a ham hock to any box while supplies last.

◤ WHAT MAKES THIS PORK DIFFERENT?

Our pigs are 100% purebred Meishan, a heritage breed known for the best flavor and marbling you'll find. They're pasture raised, and we let them grow slow instead of rushing them to market. Slower growth gives you deeper flavor and better texture.

• No antibiotics
• No added hormones or steroids
• No added nitrates or nitrites

The pigs in this box were finished on traditional feed. If you prefer an organic finish, we raise those too, and you can reserve one here.
