We built the Neighbor Mini for the people just down the road: the family who waves from the porch, the friend who always brings a casserole, the teacher who’s poured into your kids all year. Inside is a pack of cured ham slices and a pound of mild sausage from our Meishan heritage pigs, raised on our fifth-generation family farm in Swainsboro, Georgia, and cured without nitrates. There’s enough for a Christmas breakfast that tastes like it came from a farmhouse kitchen, because it did.

Alongside the pork is a simmer pot kit to fill their house with the smell of the holidays, and a full-size jar of our Meishan Whipped Balm, made from our own pigs’ lard. We’ve added recipe cards too, so whoever opens it knows just what to do.

Bought one by one, it would come to $82. The balm alone is $34. For $49, you’re giving real food from a real farm, plus a little something just for them.
