Expected Hanging Weight: 80–100 lbs (half hog)
Estimated Meat Yield: 50–70 lbs, depending on your cuts (half hog)
Once your deposit is received, we’ll email you a detailed cut sheet so you can select your preferred cuts and return it to us. The remaining balance is due before pickup at the butcher, and we can arrange either pickup or delivery for your convenience.

Due to the nature of frozen food products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been picked up or delivered. All sales are final.
