Wagyu is often considered superior because of how the fat is built and where it’s placed. Most beef carries fat mainly on the outside or in thicker pockets, but Wagyu is known for fine, even marbling woven throughout the muscle itself. That’s what creates the signature tender, buttery texture and deep, rich flavor without needing a bunch of extras, and it’s why Wagyu is far less likely to eat dry or tough compared to leaner beef. It’s not more fat.. it’s more evenly distributed fat, and consistent from cow to cow.

He’s known as a premier bull and recognized as a top 1% sire for marbling, marbling finesse, and eye muscle area (EMA). In plain English?
