Our Pork Backbone is a meaty, bone-in cut prized for the deep, savory flavor it gives a slow-cooked pot. It's perfect for simmering with rice, collard greens, beans or dumplings, where the bones enrich the broth and the meat turns fall-apart tender after a long, slow cook. Cut from our purebred Meishan hogs, a heritage breed known for the best flavor and marbling you'll find. Traditional grain fed.
Each pack weighs approximately 2 to 2.5 lbs, vacuum-sealed and frozen for lasting freshness and convenience.
