Our Ham Hock is a deeply flavorful, collagen-rich cut prized for the slow-cooked richness it adds to any pot. Cured without nitrates or nitrites, it's perfect for simmering with collard greens, beans, black-eyed peas, or split pea soup, where it turns broth silky and savory and pulls easily from the bone after a long, slow cook. Cut from our purebred Meishan hogs, a heritage breed known for the best flavor and marbling you'll find. Traditional grain fed.
Each hock weighs approximately 2 lbs, vacuum-sealed and frozen for lasting freshness and convenience.
