Bacon ends are the irregular, thick-and-thin pieces trimmed from our bacon slabs, with all the same rich marbling and deep, savory flavor at a better price. They’re made for cooking: dice them for seasoning beans and greens, render them down for soups and stews, crisp them for crumbles on salads and baked potatoes, or toss them into breakfast hash. Cut from our purebred Meishan hogs, a heritage breed known for the best flavor and marbling you’ll find, and cured with no added nitrates or nitrites.
Slow grown and never given antibiotics, added hormones or steroids. Traditional grain finish.
