Mild Breakfast Sausage
Our mild sausage is ground fresh from our purebred Meishan hogs and seasoned simply, so the flavor of the pork comes through. Meishan pork carries more marbling than commercial pork, which keeps this sausage moist and tender instead of dry and crumbly. It browns up rich and savory in the skillet.
Use it for patties and biscuits on Saturday morning, crumbled into gravy or breakfast casseroles, stirred into pasta sauce and soups, or rolled into sausage balls for a crowd. Mild enough for the kids, and full of flavor for everyone else.
Slow grown and never given antibiotics, added hormones or steroids. Traditional grain finish.
